Franchise Opportunity
You can earn extra money, part time, or full time.selling ads and web pages to businesses in your area.
The ads in the classifieds are $99/year, of which you will receive 50% - 75% for each sell.
The web pages are $99/year, of which you will receive 50% - 75% for each sell.
You may also earn residual income from renewals based on your current months sales. (see below).
Cost to you
We require no payments from you, to get started. We only get payments if you make sells.
the only costs you will have are for transportation, and if you want to do advertising, such as business cards and signs.
What's expected of you
You are expected to sell ads in the classified for your area, and to sell web pages. You should visit local businesses and offer these services.
You may want to promote with business cards, flyers, and signs, your option and your expense.
You are expected to manage the classifieds page for your area. Initially, add listings (from the phone book) to get it started. Add the listings that you sell.
the ez-page format is really easy to use, and I will assist you to learn the features available.
You will support and assist your customers. I will support and assist you.
Your compensations
You will receive 50% - 75% of sales of classifieds and/or web pages (yearly fee).
Each month, you receive 50% of the first 5 sales, and 75% of each sale over 5.
Residual income: You can earn 25% - 50% of renewals each year.
Each month you have 5 sales (ads and/or web pages), you get 25% of renewals that month.
If you have 10 sales that month, you get 50% of the renewals that month.
